Dr. Margaret Greenwood-Ericksen MD
Dr. Greenwood-Ericksen is an emergency physician and researcher who aims to improve the quality and delivery of rural healthcare through policy-relevant health services research. In her health services research, she studies healthcare delivery and rural population health, particularly in the context of the Emergency Department (ED). She works to transform the structure and quality of rural healthcare delivery in the United States to improve rural population health. She has a special interest in rural Emergency Medicine and works to re-conceptualize how rural EDs can address social determinants of health in rural communities.
