Dr. Dan Dworkis MD-PhD

Dan Dworkis, MD-PhD, is a board-certified Emergency Physician, a Clinical Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of USC, and the founder of The Lever Institute. He holds an MD and a PhD in Molecular Medicine from the Boston University School of Medicine and performed his residency in Emergency Medicine with Harvard Medical School at Brigham and Women’s Hospital / Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA. His work focuses on using mapping and geospatial analysis to explore how emergency departments and the communities they serve can work together to identify needs for emergency and continuing care, build healthy and resilient communities, and optimize delivery of out-of-hospital emergency care.
